Our services. We provide independent, specialist repair for Wolf and premium built-in appliances. We are an independent service, not affiliated with or authorized by Wolf, Sub-Zero, Viking, Thermador or any other brand; all brand names are the trademarks of their respective owners. We use genuine OEM parts and our work is our own.

Estimates and pricing. Our diagnostic / service call is $95, credited toward the repair when you proceed. Any repair estimate is provided before work begins and is based on the diagnosis; parts prices and availability can change, and a firm quote is confirmed on site. Prices shown on this website are typical market ranges for reference, not a fixed quote.

Warranty. Completed repairs are backed by a 1-Year Parts & Labor Warranty covering the parts we install and the labor we perform, under normal use. The warranty does not cover new, unrelated faults, damage from misuse, power surges, or work performed by others after our visit.

Scheduling and access. Same-day and emergency availability depend on schedule and location. You are responsible for providing safe access to the appliance. Gas and sealed-system work is performed by a qualified technician in accordance with applicable regulations.
